Welcome to Bøgebjerg Strand Bed & Breakfast
A unique gem just a 15-minute drive from Kerteminde. If you need to be pampered with a homemade breakfast and possibly a gastro dinner, hike or bike in the beautiful Funen nature close to the sea and forest, experience the many cultural offerings, or take a dip from the jetty – then I look forward to welcoming you.
With your own entrance, you have your own separate part of the house with 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room – with a wood-burning stove, access to the garden and hammock. From the bedroom, there is a view of Romsøsund and further out, the island of Romsø. At Rømsø you’ll find untouched nature, old forests and no cars.
There are 400 meters along the fields to the lovely and peaceful beach Bøgebjerg Strand.
We had 2 wonderful nights in this peaceful place. The nature is absolutely fantastic and perfect for relaxing your mind and calming your ears 😊
We were welcomed by Helle who was very warm and welcoming. The room was really nice, atmospheric and tastefully decorated with everything you need, as well as a nice living room to cozy up with a good book.
Not least, we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast with delicious homemade stuff and lovely coffee, cake for the afternoon coffee was also there one day … it is always delicious 😉
We made use of Helle’s useful knowledge of eateries in the area and it was definitely worth a visit. We brought our dog Pelle who also enjoyed the stay and was well received.
The best recommendations from here and we will definitely return.
